"We were actually referred to Towne by pure chance because we missed an appointment with our usual vet and they didn't have any openings, and it was probably one of the best things that could have happened to us. While they only saw Slinky for four short months, everyone there was incredibly kind and compassionate as we figured out what was going on with her. Dr. Fabrizi was her main vet, and I could tell how much he cared not only for the patients, but their families as well. When we finally had to put her down, everyone was so caring, making sure they only brought in the doctor when we said we were ready, and giving us as much time as we needed to grieve (even though they were close to closing by the time we left). One of the women up front (I'm so sorry I forgot your name) even gave my mom a hug when we were leaving. (And personally, I really appreciated the candle asking for quiet in the lobby when someone was saying goodbye to their pet - it was just another way of yall showing us you genuinely cared).
