An appointment date was quickly scheduled automatically once the deposit was made, most likely because you don't really need to be present for the exterior of your home getting washed. I received texts reminding me of the appointment date and time, and on the day of, that there was a delay. I was always kept 'in the know'. When working, he removed or covered anything that would get harmed or was in the way too (porch furniture and landscaping).
