"While I hate to leave negative reviews and love to support small businesses, the quality of this job was beyond disappointing and I felt it necessary to share my experience. I hired this company to powerwash the front and back of a townhome, including the garage door and concrete driveway. While they did a good job on the front of the home, the back looked untouched. After taking the time to review the job in person, upon its completion, I asked that the technician come back out to redo the back of the home, as there were very visible dirt stains remaining on the garage door and driveway. The technician did come back out, on what he shared was his day off; however, the finished product remained a huge disappointment. For the cost of this service, I certainly expected a better quality output. After requesting a partial refund, so that this job could be properly done by an experienced company, the technician refunded $40 (the sum total of this job was $220). As shared with the company, $40 would not be enough to cover another company's time and efforts to complete a thorough powerwash on the back of my home: something that Environmental Solutions failed to do. The attached images are of the garage door and concrete driveway AFTER the technician's SECOND time coming to my home to power wash them. As you can see, both are filthy and maintain visible dirt stains, which should have been removed with relative ease had this job been completed carefully, with skill and thoroughly. I have never witnessed a more poor power washing effort than the one I received from Environmental Solutions. While this company had no problem attempting to upsale their services, they certainly had difficulties with completing the original scope of work (as pictured). I do not recommend this company and my hope is that they take the time and space to receive adequate training in this field before continuing to provide below average service to clients."

"Ray went above and beyond my expectations. I called him inquiring about a full house power washing as well as an additional power washing of my stamped concrete patio and concrete around my pool. I was blown away every step of the way throughout the entire process. I was a little skeptical at first with the pricing and how quickly he was willing to come out and tackle the job but after seeing his work and how long he dedicated to do the job right, I am so glad I went with him.
