"Have been a patron for years. Today I was treating my grandaughter to a color change and gave her $20.00 to pay for $17,00 color change and $3,oo tip. When my grandaughter went to pay she was told $45.00 plus tips. We responded we asked for color change. Was told we gave full pedicare and we had to pay. We responded we only asked for color change. They tried to insist we pay for pedicure. I felt they didn't do the service I asked for. So I agreed to give her $30.00 and she still wasn't happy and asked where is my tip. I proceeded to give her $3.00 more dollars but she wasn't happy and made it known. I was imbarressed and left. , '"

"I will never go back to this place again. I was looking for a new nail place to go to as the place I went to had gone out of business. I had saw a business card for them so I wanted to try them out. Big mistake. I called to make an appointment and asked how much it would be for a gel and acrylic refill with a complex design on all fingers. I was told $42. I thought this was great and very affordable. I then asked to make an appointment for 3:30. They said to come at 3. I told them I wouldn’t be able to make it at three but I would try my best to be there before 3:30. They then said okay we will see you at 3:30! I arrived early at 3:07 and was taken back immediately by Nina. She was so rude and wouldn’t even let me pick out my color. I had a picture but wanted to pick out the colors for the base coat and design. She said she knows what I want when she didn’t even ask me what I wanted. She then started removing my old gel polish and filing my one hand to shape my nails. A different girl named Sarah(who I very much liked and was sweet) was doing the other hand. Because two different nail techs were shaping each hand they shape is sooo uneven and crooked. The whole time Nina was complaining that this was taking so long as she had a customer. I thought I was a customer to but I guess not... it made me very uncomfortable. Then Nina got up and left and Sarah took me to another chair and she continued my service. She told me my total would be $67 before starting the design. I said I was surprised because I called and had a very extensive phone conversation about what I wanted and how much it would cost on the phone and was told $42. At this point I expressed how I wasn’t happy with how my nails looked and that she didn’t have to continue and I would go else where as they were rushing and didn’t care about how my nails were uneven. I said I would pay them for the work that they did and tip them and go else where to have them fixed. They would not let me leave and said they needed to finish. Sarah came back and said she would do one nail for free. I said it was okay and I would go else where and pay for the service I had already had done. She then said she would just do it for $42. I appreciated Sarah because she was accommodating but Nina was rude and didn’t care about me or what I wanted as a customer. I explained that if I was told on the phone the true cost I wouldn’t have made an appointment and wasted both their and my own time. Also to mention they used the same nail file and tools they used on other clients with out cleaning them. They looked dirty and clearly used up. Nina also blew her nose and didn’t wash her hands in the middle of her working on me before passing me off to sarah. In the world of covid we are now in I was so uncomfortable by this. Over all this was the worst experience I have had getting my nails done and I’ve been getting them done forever. I was uncomfortable the entire time."

"Almost all the girls here do a great job. The owner Nina takes her job very seriously and really makes sure everyone leaves happy. Nina, Elizabeth and especially Sarah do a wonderful job. They charge an extra $10 for 2 little designs which I think is a little high but overall they do a decent job."

"I got gel acrylics from Galaxy Nails and they were SO uneven and looked horrible. The price was ridiculous for the quality."
