"Went there the other night and my haircut is a disaster.... It's literally all different lengths. It looks horrible. Now I have to fix it. Thanks a lot.... This is the second hair cut they messed up but I decided to give them another chance... My mistake.. how hard is it to give someone a trim and make sure he hair is even all around?"

"Avoid at all cost poor costumer service. Walked in before an old lady. Signed in with the lady at the desk. The old lady signed in at the desk also. Then the old lady signs in online. To be able to go before us. Lady at the desk says to her why did you sign in o line when I signed you in in-person, she said so I could go before them. Then they allow her to go before hand because of the online check in. I'm sorry but she should have been made to wait as she purposely signed in online to go before my daughter. Very poor costumer services."

"Zooey zap, blink, and it's over. Shaved with electric clippers so fast I had to sit a moment to allow the last hairs to float down to the apron before she could remove it. No, fast wasn't good. She clipped a scab, apologized, and kept on going. The job is even and uniformly mediocre. I'm returning to a barber. I've never been clipped faster in my life. Now I see why people buy kits and do it themselves."

"I always go in for a buzz cut. Some stylists take their time and check all the boxes for a good buzz cut. Others, which I usually end up getting. Cut my hair with their dull blades and rip through my head in a minute or two and call it done. Not worth the $19 for a cut."

"Our stylist was extremely rude. My daughter wanted to donate her hair and the stylist argued about how short she wanted to cut it, about the length we needed, after I already spoke with the donation center, and told me they had no hair ties to hold the hair and I had to bring them. We have donated hair many times and never had to provide hair ties to the salon. I also do not understand how a salon does not have hair ties. All this after her calling me to confirm I am coming in five minutes after I checked in online. According to the check in we had 26 minutes to get to the salon and we were already on our way there. Needless to say we left with no haircut as I would not let that lady touch my daughter's hair. I have never been to the Flemington location and will never go there again."
