"I must share after years of bring our dogs to Green Valley we have always been pleased with the level of health care they provide for our dogs. Unfortunately we moved and have not had such experience with our current vet and sought out Green Valley to help us with some decisions we had to make and ask for them to review some test results. I was up front and share we are willing to pay whatever to get their opinion on these blood results as a second opinion to what our next steps might be and we’re blown off by the receptionist who said she spoke with her manage and that we should just take her to a specialist not knowing what was even wrong with our dog. I think you should be aware this location is clearly no interested in supporting any former customers that have needs and have had years of your dog’s vitals and paying for whatever they recommend which you know is not cheap. I hope Green Vally values there reviews and reads this and have some empathy for the next former customer that needs you help when face with difficult decisions. You may see them as animals these are our family members to us that we love just as much as our kids."

"I had been using Green Valley for all of my cats’s primary care. He ate a foreign object and it became obstructed. I called them on a Friday to have him examined. They said there was no obstruction and sent him home. This visit cost me $500. I could tell he was not okay when I brought him home but they reassured me he was. Well, he was not. I called them back the next day after my cat’s condition worsened. They refused to let me come back in and said they were too busy to preform surgery. Because of this delay, the object moved into my cat’s intestines and caused him to have pancreatitis. They referred me to CARE and refused to help me any further. Thankfully I called Mid Atlantic and they took me after hours on a Saturday without hesitation and my cat was saved. If it were up to Green Valley, Miso would be dead."
