"I had an extremely unfortunate experience with this cleaning company. The individuals that coordinate and communicate were great, but the cleaning staff was dishonest and not trustworthy on multiple occasions. I only used this company once and I will never use them again. I do not recommend using this company's services."

Floors were left with a greasy residue on them, they moved all of our Christmas decorations to dust when we specifically asked them to skip that task. We specifically asked that there be someone on the team who speaks English, and they said that their Lead would, but they did not. Their pricing was really high for this level of service."

"I was in contact with this company via text message and was given the following quotes: $232.50 for weekly standard cleaning and $332.50 for a monthly deep clean (both of which excluded the basement. I called to schedule a cleaning within hours of receiving the quotes. While on the phone, I requested that vacuuming the basement (no need to do dusting, cleaning, etc.) be added to the monthly deep cleaning. For the add-on request of vacuuming, they wanted to charge me $150 more for 10-20 minutes of vacuuming. After much back and forth, the deep clean rate with the added vacuuming was changed to $357.50, which was amenable. The booking was scheduled, credit card information was provided to them and I received an email confirmation of the booking. An hour later, they texted me to say that they were raising the price for the standard cleaning even though they were aware that the standard cleaning agreement hadn't changed and still excluded the basement. They said I had 2 pricing options for the standard cleaning: a flat fee of $277.50, or $110 per hour. They even tried to tell me the $110/hour was a bargain compared to the original flat fee– I was appalled and insulted by their at manipulation given that the house would likely take 3 hours to clean and would total $330 ($100 more than the original quote, for the same exact job). I explained that there should be no price changes after the price was already given to me in writing and the booking had already been confirmed. It still astonishes me that they would not honor their own price even if they supposedly "quoted in error due to a system glitch." The entire company lacks the professionalism and integrity that is expected with such positive reviews. This reprehensible experience demonstrates their lack of accountability and ethic. It is such a pity and a disappointment– a complete waste of 3 hours of texts and phone calls. This is not quality customer service and I hope my review will inspire internal improvements within the company and also save others from going through the same dismal experience I had."
