"Be careful if using this company. They will add services on that have not been discussed. I took my rug in for repair and was told it would cost between $10-$70 to repair. When I called to pick up they told me $250. They added cleaning onto the paperwork. Read everything very carefully. I assumed because it was never discussed I was just getting a repair. The man I spoke to yelled at me and even hung up on me. He was extremely rude. I asked him not to yell and he told me I wasn’t listening."
