"A complete failure of corporate logistics. Restaurant was completely overwhelmed on a Friday night. I understand places are going to be busy on a Friday night, and that’s fine, *IF* your ordering system/app gives an accurate reflection of how long the order will take based on what is in the system already. Instead honeygrow just defaults to “your order will be ready in 10 minutes”, when in reality, the actual wait time was over an hour. Furthermore, the system sends the “order is ready” notification when in fact, the order had not even been started. Note this is not a criticism of the store staff. They were working hard and doing their best, but they had been put underwater by the grossly flawed ordering system. The food was ultimately solid, but after an hour of standing around waiting for it, I won’t be letting this store waste my time like this again anytime soon."

"The place was pack and the orders were coming in from the app and the kiosk but the Manager & Marcella stayed solid. They worked through the mass of orders and took customer service to another level. The back staff held it down in the kitchen also by getting the food out as quickly as possible."
"We came the day before their grand opening for their training preview and the wait was a bit long but you could see how hard their staff were working. I’ve always loved Honeygrow stir fries so I was happy to hear about the opening of this location. They packed a lot into the takeout container so I definitely had to transfer it to a bigger bowl to mix everything. Don’t forget they have the Honeygrow app and a loyalty program with a free treat for your birthday!"
"We were the 2nd ones for the lunch training preview. It was v good. The space is smaller than other HG locations I’ve been to. Clean. Very good quality. This location seems like it will be successful. We got the first Honeygrow in DELCO !!!!"
