"I am not one to normally write reviews, but unfortunately feel I should to save someone else the trouble of trying to make an appointment with this company. I was supposed to have an appointment to get my chimney inspected and cleaned today sometime from one to three, with a call 30 minutes ahead to let me know they were on their way. I made the appointment the beginning of this week, so plenty of heads up. I took off work this afternoon to be here for this. I called at 2:30 just to be sure someone was still coming and to ask if they had a rough eta. I was told he would check and call me back. An hour later at 3:30 I still had not received a call back so a called again. The lady said she would check and never did. Finally I called again at 4 because if no one was coming I had other things I needed to be doing and I already wasted a whole afternoon. Same thing again. This time I did receive a call back saying "they could not provide service to me because of a problem with the GPS" even though the lady who made my appointment checked to make sure I was within the service area. To be clear, I live 11 miles from their listed business address. I'm not sure what exactly the problem was but I wonder if I had never called if they would have even let me know. This is such poor customer service and I would not recommend wasting your time trying to get an appointment with this company. Very frustrating. Part of me wonders if this is a scam business."
