"Earlier today I went to this Best Buy to upgrade my iPad. I had previously gone around the Holidays, but couldn’t get waited on. Today I was fortunate to get Zack as my sales professional. He made the whole process, with trade-in, seamless and enjoyable. Ask for Zack to wait on you. You won’t regret it!!!"
"I bought a cell phone at the Johnstown location. The sales rep was Chris. I could not have had a better experience. Chris was very knowledgeable and was willing to explain everything he was doing to activate the phone. He also helped restore some of the apps from the older phone on the new one. Also another sales rep, from another department, came over and talked with us while Chris was readying the phone. I was very happy with the support and overall atmosphere of the store. I highly recommend this store."
"The service guys on the floor are super helpful and took time to explain everything to me. I went to two different best buys in the last week for items, and both times the service guys were unbelievably knowledgeable, patient, and helpful."
"This has to be the WORST experience I have EVER had at ANY retailer EVER. ESPECIALLY phone sales. Arrogant guy "waiting" on me couldn't have been more rude, wasn't listening to a thing I was saying. i had to buy a new phone to replace a lost one. The guy assured me THE WHOLE TIME that even though I don't have my old phone everything can still be transferred but I will lose some stuff after my phone was last saved. Then I asked the guy "helping" me to let the front desk know I am going to get a screen protector. to which he said, "oh, you'll have to let them know, I'm clocked out so I could care less". After ALL THAT, I go home to find not a SINGLE PICTURE OR VIDEO of any kind anywhere on my phone from THE LAST 9 YEARS OF MY LIFE!!!! then after coming back today to get it transferred again I am told my photos and videos were never backed up or saved at all to begin with... WHAT?!?!? what kind of establishment allows its employees to lie directly to its customers faces and say everything would be saved and its "all good" because he just wanted to make a sale and he was "clocked out and could care less" . !!ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!! I will do my best spending time convincing people to not waste their money here. Please do yourselves a favor and STAY FAR AWAY from this place."
"My family purchased an open box, excellent condition Sony Bravia X90J tv online. When we went to install it I noticed there was no remote or power cord in the box. I ran to the store to buy the needed supplies. I was annoyed but that wasn't that big of a deal. When we powered up the tv we noticed the screen was completely destroyed. We did not receive what we ordered. We attempted to return the tv to our local Best Buy store but they refused to do the return. They said they do not return online orders and we would have to call the customer service number. The general manager Terry was extremely unhelpful and wouldn't even get out of his chair to talk to us. Customer Service told us that the store absolutely should have returned the tv for us. This is horrible customer service and I would expect the general manager should know corporate policy. If I have to go to a Best Buy store ever again I'll drive 30 - 40 minutes to another location than deal with that place ever again."
