"I have used their dog boarding, dog grooming, and dog training each of their services is a 6/5 (not a typo, I would give them 6 stars if I could). They take excellent care of my senior great pyrenees as well as my nervous beagle."
"As many know it's always hard to be away from our fur babies and for our honeymoon travels we had to find some outside care for our 2 dogs who are 4 and 5 years old. The front desk staff were wonderful over the phone and personable at drop off. I left feeling nervous, but okay. After the first night of our honeymoon away I sent an email to see if staff could send pics and an update on how the boys were doing. I ended up getting a phone call from the manager stating that one of our dogs was considered to be reactive (this has never ever been the case before anywhere else or with anyone else's care...and I knew something was wrong) and that they were unable to do the scheduled playtime. Further into the conversation it was discovered that the prong collar (that we only use for walks and and transports to and from had been left on our dog upon being placed into his kennel/run and was never removed! The manager apologized for this negligence on behalf of the staff member who placed them. She assured me that this was NOT normal protocol and that staff were talked to about it. I immediately felt sick about this, knowing his collar wasn't removed and that my dog must've been so uncomfortable on top of being away from home. So after the first day of our trip away, I had to have my son take off work, and drive over 2+ hours to retrieve our dogs from Sunchaser and take them back to our home for him to care for them for the remainder of the week. If it wasn't for him our honeymoon away would have had us filled with stress and worry and possibly even cut short. I realize that this review may not be a common occurrence for most who board their dogs at this facility and I'm glad to see other dogs/families have had many good experiences. However, I found it important and worthy to share our experience so that this doesn't happen to others."
"My dogs were in a life threatening situation and I was not contacted until 3 hours after the incident. My two dogs were dropped off Friday morning and the front desk was reminded the dogs were to be separated at feedings as their profile states. We prefer to keep them in a shared run because they have separation anxiety from each other. I have received three different stories and do not know what to believe. I was definitely lied to. At the 4pm feeding food was placed in front of my dogs together and this is where the story always changes. I have been told dog a bit dog b, and dog b bit dog a, and dog a just growled at dog b. No attempt to break up the dogs was made except the tech yelling stop. But my 10 year old dog had two teeth ripped out of his mouth. I was told one tooth immediately fell out and one was hanging by a thread. The second later fell out and I was not made aware. I asked for daily updates and did not receive anything. Owner is claiming they naturally fell out of his mouth and diagnosed my dog with dental disease. I did not consent to an exam and have never seen a veterinarian credential from her so I’m not sure how she is able to diagnose my dog. My dog receives yearly dental care and I know this is not the case. There was no reason given as to why I was not notified at the time of the event. I was hours away and unable to turn around. If I was made aware at the time of occurrence I could have came and picked up my dogs. I asked for pictures of the blood, tooth, and my dog and received none until I called again the next morning. I only received a picture of my dog sitting. No pictures of the trauma site. Owner denies there was blood when I can see dried blood in my dogs fur upon pick up and two techs told me there was blood. I will never understand why food was placed in front of dogs with food aggression. I was told it was standard practice and that nothing ever happened before. So basically it was a matter of time before something happened. I had a gut feeling not to bring them here after the last time I picked up my dogs and dog a had a raw nose and no explanation. Needless to say my dogs will not be back. And I’m extremely disappointed in how this entire situation was handled. The owner refuses to pay for the vet bill and we paid in full for their stay. Beware they do not follow the information given on the pet profiles or verbally given."
"I've used the grooming services twice now for my domestic long haired cat. Savanna is an excellent groomer. My cat gets a lions cut (to help prevent matting and for sanitary reasons) and she always looks great!! Front desk staff has always been so kind too, definitely glad I found this place!"
