Annie's Cleaners

"I took Annie's Cleaners three clothing items (2 dresses and 1 duster) that I had barely worn. Each item has 2 colors (white & black and white & navy blue). When got home after picking them up, I immediately noticed the white dots on ALL three were dingy. Fortunately I had bought 4 of the exact same dress in different colors. To make sure I was seeing correctly, I pull out the other two I had not taken to the cleaners to compare the colors. Sure enough, the white was now dingy. I took them all 3 items back along with the other 2 dresses to show the manager and she said it was due to the colors bleeding into the white. I would agree if I saw navy blue or black color rings bleeding into the large white dots, but there was NONE. That's why I took them to the cleaners instead of trying to wash them myself. The manager took the items back to see if they could correct the problem. When I went to pick them up the second time, the white dots were still dingy when compared with the other dresses I took with me. Instead of apologizing, the manager had the nerve to try to convince me that the white dots on the items they cleaned were whiter than the 2 dresses they had not cleaned and there was something wrong with my eyes! I do not like to be treated like I stupid! If they messed up someone's clothing, acknowledge and apologize, don't treat your customers like they are idiots. The only reason I went to this cleaners is because my other one had closed. This was my first time, BUT I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS CLEANERS AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!"

"I absolutely love going to Annie's Cleaners. She does an amazing job cleaning my blazers and hemming my skirts. The items look brand new when I pick them up. My brother also get all his collared shirts cleaned here and has never had a problem. Annie also cleans comforters and does a great job with steaming/pressing. I highly recommend her business."

"First time going to this dry cleaners and won’t be going back. I got two expensive work blazers dry cleaned for a business trip and they smelled and looked horrible! It’s like they didn’t care about getting the garments clean or looking presentable. They were not creased or smelled cleaned. It was absolutely embarrassing to wear them on my business trip. As much as they charge you would think they would take more pride in their work. DO NOT RECOMMEND!"

Whether it’s shortening, repairing, major altering because I bought the wrong size (oops), or taking in, she’ll do it with ease. After my experience and several conversations with her, I’ll be bringing my wedding dress to her soon!"
