"3 stars because the floor associate and the manager (Kyle)was amazing to me in-store and on the phone. Cashier Damaris was rude and made me feel very unwelcome in the store."

"My shopping experience was not the best. Honestly I felt like after telling the cashier that I did not want to provide her with a phone number she continued to press the issue and badger me into providing a phone number from relatives. When I finally stated that I would not provide a phone number, her demeanor and tone in her voice changed, and stated that if I needed to return the item, I would need to provide ID. I felt as if the cashier Jennifer was very passive aggressive. Ulta beauty has been known in the past and still in treating patrons differently based on skin color. Older reviews from other patrons prove that. This location needs a course in racial diversity the entire team."

"The staff was exceptionally nice and very helpful. I found most of what I was looking for (shopping for my wife, and I have never shopped at Ulta alone) and the staff did a great job helping me to find the items to complete my shopping list."

"I went into Ulta Beauty last night- frustrated at dozens of foundations I’ve tried and all have failed. I have been trying different techniques, different products- all of which failed and left my foundation separating on my face and just looking awful. I was greeted by Nick- who asked me what if I needed any help. Upon telling him about my frustration he quickly educated me on things I could be doing wrong in my skin care routine, and recommended a foundation and setting powder AFTER even trying them on my face to match my shade and to see how it would work with my skin. I’m happy to report that along with his advice on skin prep, and using his recommendations, I am blown away by how wonderfully these products worked for me. I am a satisfied customer not only for the products, but for the advice, care, and customer service I received from Nick. He is absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable and definitely made my day!
