"This is my feedback. I was looking for a local business near where I live for alterations etc. I called, a woman answered. I stated I had a men's long sleeve shirt that I wanted made into a short sleeve & price. She stated $15. So on Monday I stopped down paid the $15 & stated I wanted the old material that was cut returned. She stated it would be ready by Friday. So on Friday I stopped down at around 5pm she was at the sewing machine; recognized me--said shirt-- and asked if I could come back tomorrow she wanted to clean it. I said no I don't want to come back. The man who I assume was her husband spoke to her in a foreign language ; she brought my shirt over not pressed etc. I then asked for my material etc. Her facial expressions told me she forgot and was unsure if she still had the cut-off material. She went to look for it and luckily found it. Its unfortunate that she didn't make a note on the ticket to remind her about returning the cut-off material. And its unfortunate that my shirt wasn't ready as promiaed--4 days time. This was my first time going here for service. I like to support the local business and this seems to be a Mom & Pop location. The only people I saw was the Man & Woman who are probably husband & wife. What makes thing even worst no apology was given and no offer of a credit was offered for the poor service. They sure do NOT know how to treat customers. I'm very unhappy. The stitching on the short sleeve isn't perfect. My shirt wasn't in a plastic bag and no receipt was given. (I handed my green slip to him.) I just tried my shirt on. The short sleeves that she 'cut'-- it was cut too short . When I wear a undershirt under this shirt the undershirt shows. It's too short by 1 to 1-1/2" inches!! What a waste of time. THEY RUINED MY "SHIRT!!". I WON'T BE BACK!! NEVER!!"

"First time trying this place. My work shirts were crisp and wonderfully done. I received several compliments on how nice I looked. They are more expensive, 8 shirts were around $24, but I will definitely go back. Much closer to home and did a great job."
