"I went there today and was so worried about cutting my bang. When i came home took a shower and wanted to apply my cream and I saw that she did a horrible job! She just cut my bang so short! I even dont know how i am gonna fix it now! It is just right in the middle! I am extremly disappointed. I paid $65 plus 20%tips! So why do i have to look like an ....now?!"

"Got a haircut from Louis - first time here. He was 20 minutes late (I got there on time for my appointment), but he spent 40 minutes with me, which was nice. When we were done, my bangs were a mess, so I asked him to fix them, which he ostensibly did and then put gel in my hair (I asked him specifically *not* to use gel), so it didn't look horrible. Once I got home, I noticed it was crooked and not even, and my sideburns were also very uneven. I would have been more generous than 1 star if it weren't that the haircut cost me $40. For $40 I would expect my hair to be at least straight. And I was here on vacation, so now I'll need to pay someone else to fix it."
