"I've been going to this cleaners for two years now. This is my go-to place for dry cleaning and alterations. There is a new tailor and she does great work. I've never had a problem with the customer service. They're always nice and friendly."

"This location is pretty decent, especially if you are a daily customer. They provide free laundry bags with name tags if you're a regular customer. I walk in, drop the laundry bag on the desk, and I know my stuff is ready in 4 days. Customer service is pretty good as well. I had a couple of minor issues, but after presenting my questions, they fixed them immediately. Overall kudos to this small business."

"This place is great! I had a wedding dress and a floor-length gown cleaned here (in addition to many other pieces of clothing). I am always thoroughly pleased by the results and the service provided by the staff. The two dresses were given back to me in better condition than when I gave them. The two dresses both had some heavy make-up stains that I was really worried about, especially since the wedding dress was so white. However, I was pleasantly surprised that the dress was extremely clean and well-cared for."

I was wary of bringing these pants to just any alteration place since other places are quite over-priced, but I am happy with the price and attention to detail provided by Royal Cleaners. Also, I was able to pick up the pants pretty soon after dropping them off and the front counter employee was really friendly."

"They are a bit too pricey! It cost $21 to clean two LuLaRoe Sarah duster type sweaters. They did a good job. The garments were nicely cleaned, pressed and wrinkle free. I dropped off on a Thursday and they were not ready until Tuesday."
