"I’m visiting. Had someone spill an entire bowl of chili on me, to the point I was over the trashcan picking onions and beans out of a thick, fleece, white jacket. I brought it to Zips not expecting much.. BUT I was so wrong. They got the ENTIRE stain out. I couldn’t believe it. Best service. Best price. I couldn’t be more thankful."

"I had some household items dry cleaned by Zips. Dropped off in April 2022. Got the bulk of my items back in a timely fashion but there were still 2 items that weren't done. Checked on them several times and still were not done. I went in 5 months later to check, in September of 2022, the items weren't even on the list of items ready, but they were able to see that they were done. The employee looked and talked to another coworker about my 2 items. They could not find them. He called the owner and even put the owner on the phone to talk to me. He told me that 5 months was way to long and he would investigate and get back to me a couple days later. He never got back, EVER. That was a waste of over $50 to get my things dry cleaned and for them to lose 2 of my items and act like its no big deal. I would stay away from this place. Def not good business to lose your clients things and never get the problem solved."

"Very good prices for cleaning however I'm wondering if because the prices are so grand that they may not really take that much care in cleaning your items. I shouldn't have to (rolly) my coats that I've had cleaned because they have either pet hair or human hair on them. I should be able to unwrap and wear. I will definitely try them again though. I travel a distance to take my clothing to them so I do expect it to be worth it."
