"Ambiance wasnt the issue…but old, stale bagels and donuts is an issue…which was served to me on a $50 order this past Saturday (1/27/24). Not sure if it was 1st thing in the morning (6:30am) which caused the food that my staff ended up throwing away but got the impression that I requested too much food at that time and Dunkin was unprepared. No worries. These types of platforms should give understanding to other patrons who consider patronizing establishments."

"Stopped in for my 2 chocolate donuts and orange juice as normal but I was 5 cents short and reminded the blonde girl that I had given her $10.00 2 days earlier when she said she couldn't make change. I told her she had actually owed me money but she said that was then and there is nothing she could do about it. I told her never mind I'll go to the Mt Holly store and she said rudely FINE! To bad you're loosing a daily customer for 5 cents. Besides Mt. Holly charges $5.85 for 2 donuts and a orange juice not $6.05. Tell Blonde to loose the attitude!!"

"I found a half blonde and half brownish hair inside my iced matcha latte. Will never be going there again. Their drinks taste different everyday. I’ve been getting matcha from them and one time they gave me matcha but it had a coffee taste mixed with matcha. If people are wondering, no it’s not my hair. I’m fully brunette and I have really long hair. Never dyed my hair. This hair was short and blonde/brownish."
