"Employees will tell you they're closed 2 hours before they close, while an open sign is displayed, their door us unlocked, and they are "officially" open. Employees trash their stock 2 hours before close so they won't have to serve customers, and are very rude."
"A consistent culture of rude and untruths. Worst DD I have ever been to in 45 years. 10 bagels is NOT a dozen. If you are reading this as a customer, COUNT YOUR BAGELS IN THE STORE. Family matters, truth matters - no accident this is a frequent problem. My wife asked “did you put in 12?” The lady says yes and mumbles unintelligible words under her breath. What does that mean? Also, I have 2 kids that go here and male staff are disrespectful to these ladies. Happy to provide examples. Send me a note. Sad."
"Very nice dunkin. Only bad thing was they didn’t take card the day I was there but I just mobile ordered while there and the cashier gave me an extra donut for my wait :) avocado toast with bacon and he gave extra bacon….truly amazing"
"This location is great. They are consistently kind and do their best despite being short staffed and busy AF weekday mornings. They get orders done properly despite the wait, in comparison to other places with the same struggle. Love em up! Tip inside when you use the app... they are hustling for our convenience!"
