Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Consistently gets orders wrong, and will not answer the phone to rectify the mistake or refund the order. I tried calling 3 times across the span of three days, all at different times of day when I knew they would not be busy. The wait time for food is insane even when it is not busy at all. The lack of concern for customer satisfaction is shocking."

"I thought maybe it was me. Maybe, I’m a little messed up. But no, after reading the many negative reviews it isn’t me. Yes, this place is disgusting. Yes, some of the workers have attitudes for no reason. Forget worst Chipotle, this is possibly the worst fast food joint I have ever been to. Seriously, where are the managers? Regional managers, step in. Do something. Friggin embarrassing."

"Honestly if you are looking for the worst chipotle location I have found it. They are always out of everything and they say they won’t have it or the morning staff didn’t prepare enough. The only person working was the guy on the grill. Everyone looks at you as if you have twenty heads and are so clueless. With proper training I’m sure this location could get better. I spent $100 on bowls and chips with dips for my family. The lettuce we got was barely enough for one bowl let alone then they were out for others. There is never any of the vinaigrette salad dressing at anytime you go and the staff will not make it. My large side of Queso was clumpy and could barely eat it. The staff doesn’t greet you or even tell you your total just expects you to pay. I have continued to try this location multiple times and every time it is a fail. Also you can’t get them on the phone either to speak to a manager of this issue. This is not the first time I have had a horrible experience at this location. I just am tired of spending money and nothing being done about it."

"Worst Chipotle I've ever been too. Was here 2 days ago. There were 2 people in front of me and I waited over 15 minutes to be served. There was only one lady getting food for people and six other workers doing whatever. The lady getting the food was clearly overwhelmed but no one was helping her. Looked like she was filling online orders too. I asked for the chicken bowl. She barely put any rice in it and then tried to slide some of the rice she spilled on the metal counter into my bowl. Um...no thanks! Barely got any chicken either and she was throwing things in the bowl. There was food all over the place. Same thing for the tow guys ahead of me. When I left the line was out the door. I ended up only eating about half of the bowl because it tasted off. I've given this place a few chances because it's the closest one to me but I'm done. It's never a good experience getting the food and also the restaurant is always messy and the tables are filthy."
