"I went to get my hair cut and colored purple here and it was amazing. But since that first time I got my hair done here I haven't been able to make an appointment at all, I have been told that they would get back to me repeatedly but I never hear back from them. I went in one day to see if I could do a walk in since there's no communication otherwise. They said I had to call ahead to make an appointment. Is anyone else having this experience? I really hate to give this salon two stars but I don't see how they can run a business by ignoring what would have been a lifelong customer."
