"My husband travels for work so we are not strangers to laundry mats. This is by far the most expensive laundry mat I have been in and their machines are dingy looking. 75 cents for 6 minutes of drying. $8 to dry one load of towels and I still feel like they had a damp feel to them. There's also no bathroom or even a sink to wash your hands. This is the first laundry mat that I have been in that did not have a restroom. On the plus side you don't have to figure the crowd for a machine."

"The washing machines were filthy! There was old detergent caked around the doors to the machines and moldy mounds of gunk where the detergent goes. The dryers don't work at all. This is the most expensive and dirty facility I've ever seen. I ended up having to rewash everything at a different laundromat."

"Came here and brought my bodysuit to get a zipperhead replacement because I had trouble finding a zipperhead to replace it myself. She told me it would be 30$ I said fine. I asked her could she get it done today which is the 23rd of December she made it a huge deal as if she was soooo busy and said she could not but she could set an appointment for next week. Laughable. Thankfully I found a zipperhead at Joanne’s fabric, paid 5$ and put it on myself and it only took 5mins. Doesn’t take a week to do a 5 minute job. Smh. The way I feel, she could have put the zipperhead on while I was standing there and I could have paid my 30$ and left. I guess she’s so rich that she can turn down anyone job that she wants no matter how simple it is. Btw I am a seamstress myself. I highly do not recommend."

"I brought in 5 shirts. On pick up one was missing. I showed them the receipt for 5 shirts. They said only four. They changed there copy to 4. I knew exactly which shirt was missing. I would have accepted credit for dry cleaning. But NO! They absolutely said I only brought in 4 shirts even though I had the receipt saying 5. I guess the customer is always WRONG."
