She’s also fast. Her shop is very clean, and maintained. She’s just such a kind person and remembers everyone who enters her store. 10/10 recommend"

"If I can give this place zero stars, I would. They destroyed my eyebrows. It was hideous. I was so upset. When I walked in there was only ONE other person. I quickly got a turn. The lady was RUSHING like as if there’s a million customers waiting. This is the second time she’s done this. She goes SO FAST like bro? This is eyebrows. You have to be delicate and careful because one wrong move and half of the brow can be gone. My heart dropped when I felt her literally ripping lines of my eyebrows. She finished in like two seconds and mind you I have THICK brows. I was so upset when I looked at the mirror but couldn’t say anything because what can be done at that point? One of my eyebrows was HALF the size of the other. She formed a random arch with the other one? They weren’t even sisters at this point, more like third cousins. I’m so upset. I will never go here ever again. Don’t come here."

"I’ve been coming here for eyebrow threading for about a year. I’m devastated to write this review because I was so pleased with my eyebrows in the beginning. But the past few visits hasn’t been the best. And now I sit here with uneven, badly shaped brows and I don’t even think makeup would be able to mask it. Before, Rani really took her time to make sure my brows were good. But it seems she rushes through the job, even when no customers are waiting. And at first I thought “she’s just a pro, doesn’t take her long” but after my most recent visit, I can say I would’ve done a thousand times better than a “pro”. Even with me coming to her monthly, she decided to take off the front of my brows, which she’s never done before. And the end of one of my brows is super thin, while the rest of my brow is fuller. I’m so sad because I have an event this weekend and don’t know what to do with these butchered brows. Won’t be coming here again. If you do go, ask her to take her time and not rush and mess up your brows. They really do frame your face. I’m not okay!"

"I’ve been coming here for for over a year and the lady always does an amazing job. The only thing like today she seems a little upset for whatever reason prior to me coming here today and her energy was different and in fact had an attitude. But I guess we all may have those days. Wish she could have set that aside and still deliver the good customer service she used to provide along with the good skills. But if you want good eyebrows this is this place."
