"I tried Tranquility for the first time and was scheduled for an appointment with Angeline. I had a dimensional highlight and cut and loved it! Since then, I have been back several times and really like the results. Thanks Angeline for doing a wonderful job!!"
"I got a spa package and everything was great. I haven't been this relaxed in a while. It was fairly priced and the ladies were very sweet. I'll be back for sure. If you're thinking about coming here or looking for a spa, definitely come here!"
"The staff are all super helpful, whether you're there with your pet to use the self-wash station, or having one of the skilled groomers get your pet looking their best. The entire place is spotless, including all the equipment, which is very important for the health of one's pets! I use the self-wash for my German Shepherd Dog, as they're more of a "wash and wear" breed that doesn't require clipping. I like the that the self-service wash station is seperate from the area where the groomers are working on other clients pets, so it's just you in the self-wash area and your pet doesn't get distracted or want to go visiting. The raised stainless steel walk-in tub is a true back-saver for the pet owner, allowing you to stand up straight while using it, with a pull-out ramp the dogs can walk up to get into it, and adjustable decking that raise or lowers the depth of the tub as it also provides secure footing while allowing the water to drain away from the pet. The tub also has a locking door that helps keep the pet from trying to escape during the process, too. The Flying Pig forced-air drier has selectable heat and velocity settings, choice of flat wide or conical targeted nozzles, and can be used with the dog still in the tub, or with the dog on the adjustable-height grooming table provided in the self-wash station, and the salon provides clean towels, shampoo & conditioner, combs and brushes as well. Another great feature this business offers: customers can book an appointment time for use of the self-wash, or with your pet's preferred groomers. I'm glad to have discovered this grooming salon, and my dog enjoys her baths there, too!"
"I must say this place is amazing. I took my sister there and she said it was the best job she has ever had done on her hair, she is now a regular to see stylist Angeline. If you have pets they also have a dog grooming section and they take very good care of the pets. They are also going to have a Santa Claus picture taken with the pets. I think that is so adorable. I think a place like that deserves a little write up."
"This salon has the worst customer service. They always want to add an extra fee for flat ironing but fail to mention it until it’s time to pay. I am a frequent client of many high end salons that do not charge to go over your hair with a flat iron. I have very short, very thin hair and was charged an additional $22 for 2 minutes of the stylist running the flat iron on the already over priced blow out. When I mentioned to the MANAGER that I have received plenty of blow outs and wasn’t charged an additional fee all I got back was a nonchalant “Well just because others’ are doing it wrong, doesn’t mean we shouldn’t charge you!” When I mentioned I’m a loyal customer that won’t be returning all I got was a shoulder shrug. Do not waste your time at this place. Artistre Salon down the street do a better job, don’t charge additional hidden fees and their customer service and appreciation is top notch!"
