Staff person in Phoenix/Jacksonville is rude and they charge a premium ($17) just because the cotton pants are St. John (15 years old). They said it was "COUTOUR". The pants originally cost about $120. Ridiculous. If they were "Coutour" where's the coutour treatment - no tissue, just pants hung carelessly on wire hangers? Talk about being nickeled and dimed. Better cleaners out there!!! I'll drive a bit further for J &J cleaners with no surcharge for a label and tissue on hangers for clothes (to avoid wrinkles)."
