"The worst dry cleaners ever. The owner doesn't respect certain people. The owner is unprofessional and dishonest, and they damage your clothing and blame you for it. They damaged my shearling fur coat. The coat was in good condition before it went to this place. I called the owner about the damage to my three-year old coat, and he seemed to blame me for the damage that he caused. The coat is now green as the chemical he put on the coat stripped the color. He also mangled the coat hooks, so I am sure they put it through a machine and added chemicals to it. This was all confirmed by the furrier at Saks. This is an expensive coat. I replaced the coat for less than what I paid for it and took the receipt to him for reimbursement. He could have used that to depreciate the cost. He could have gotten it appraised even, but he refuses to do any of that. My things are in storage, so I have no way of finding a three year old receipt. I called Maximillian furs to see if they could provide, but they could not. Next, the owner had the audacity to accuse me of trying to scam him. I can't help but to think that he treated me this way because I am a woman of color. I've spent thousands of dollars over the years having my items dry cleaned, but he still treated me as if I was a crook. I should have never returned to this place after they damaged the buttons on my designer sweater. He is a terrible business owner and this place has gone down hill. Terrible management, poor customer service, and poor workmanship. They cannot compently care for fur coats. I hope they go bankrupt."

"We moved to McLean about a year ago and this dry cleaner was recommended to us by a neighbor. They have been reliable and professional and we have been happy with them since beginning to use them. But recently they BLEW us away. I had purchased an outdoor rug - that was dry clean only (a mistake I'll never make again) and I had it on our front porch during front yard construction (another mistake I'll never make again), and it got filthy. My husband told me to throw it away, that we'd never get it clean, and I almost did. But then I figured I would at least take it to the dry cleaner and see if they could help. I did not think they would be able to. But when I picked it up 2 weeks later - it took extra time to clean - I was SHOCKED. It was completely clean - not a single ounce of dirt on my white outdoor rug that weathered months of construction. I asked them how they did it, because I couldn't believe it. It went through my mind that maybe they had purchased a NEW rug - that is how clean it came. I wish I had a before and after picture, because you would not believe how bad it was and how clean it came. Like I said, we were BLOWN away and highly recommend this cleaner."
