We also sent out an old Orientlal area rug we found in the attic of our new home- dirty and covered in cat hair, but likely a good find.. the company did a great job cleaning it, and they placed it in our living room.. They trimmed the carpet pad, moved around furniture, and got the rug just right.. Five star service for sure!! Super pleased"

"Beware, do not pay cash, get written estimates, document everything in photos, stay in the home at all times the service is being performed. Use a different company if possible. I had two rugs cleaned, and unfortunately the person cleaning the rugs stacked my rugs on top of each other during the cleaning process ruining the bottom rug. I had a rug cleaning service done last Thursday, and called Friday to see if something could be done because the bottom rug was ruined by the top rug. I was told a supervisor would contact me. I was hoping the rugs could be re-cleaned in hopes of resolving the issue. I didn't hear anything today, Wednesday, so called back again. I got placed on hold for 10 minutes and tried to call again but got a busy signal. I happened to call from the car later from my wife's phone and the call went through. As soon as I spoke the person hung up. We discovered that they had blocked (!?) both of our numbers because our calls do not go through but easily do from any other number. This business does not accept credit card payments, and the prices presented in person were $100 higher than what was relayed to me over the phone when booking the service. Peace and love to this group, because you will not survive running a business with this approach."
