"I have been a regular customer here for years and save for one unpleasant incident during COVID, the service has been outstanding! Krissy is a doll and my hair always looks so good after she cuts it. She is very friendly and sweet lady. I recommend this Supercuts highly!!!"

"I was in dire need of a transform so I decided to go to the local barbershop around where I work. I was literally greeted with a" no we do not cut your type of hair and make an appointment for another day". Broke my heart. I deal with customers daily and would never. I'm still crying. When will it end?"

"i made an appointment at 5:40pm and 6pm and they let 4 people go before us. we came at 5:30pm thinking that we will get seated as soon as we got in. we did not get seated until 6:17pm.. what's the point of the appointment if we aren't going to get seated at our time? then i told them that my son is afraid of getting haircuts and the hair dresser was afraid herself to give him a haircut. i told her to give him the fastest hair cut she can do and she cut it with scissors and maybe 8 snips later she couldn't do it anymore, don't bring children here. the entire hair cut was maybe 5 mins and i paid $21. total waste of money because it came out so bad bc she was using scissors. for my father in law she cut his hair in 10 mins while for the other people she spent maybe 30 mins on. i would not recommend this place. i will not go there again."

"They are very rude and unpleasant! The quality of the haircut was so awful felt i just wasted my money on them! A blind person could have done a better job than them!!!"

"I received a great haircut, however, it doesn't hurt to be friendly and not become so irritated if the customer isn't completely sure what they want. A little patience goes a long way. You should be treated as a human being instead of just a head of hair."
