"I had a water incident in my home. Basic sink overflow that caved in a portion of my ceiling on the first floor, damaged the carpet in another room, and flooded some of the bulkhead in my kitchen. Of course, I panicked. I called over one of my guys who helps me around the house who assisted me during the emergency and with the initial steps of mold remediation, but immediately after that I knew I was in trouble. I called in my claim requesting mold remediation, and John and his team were out immediately. I could tell immediately that his team took EVERYTHING I said into consideration. They also helped my bruised ego with words of understanding. They let me know that water events are a common occurrence, and my incident was not that bad of a scenario. The remediation was thorough and comprehensive. They kept me involved at every step and set my expectations accordingly. Furthermore, John and his team set my expectations for the upcoming repairs. The team came in and completed the job. They always cleaned up behind themselves. They were cordial and let me know what was going on every step of the way. They had my carpet replaced within the week. There was one portion of the repair for the textured ceiling that I had some questions about. John and his team immediately put together a plan to ensure I was satisfied with the work although it extended their timeline beyond the original date of completion. In fact, John refused to invoice me until he knew i was 100 percent satisfied with the job. My experience with 911 Restoration was a favorable one. The courtesy, kindness, competence, and commitment to customer satisfaction let me know that I made the right choice hiring this company. If I ever, God forbid, have a similar incident, I would hire 911 Restoration to take care of my biggest investment.
