She lifted my dark hair flawlessly (what I asked for) and she gave me a good blow dry too. I have coarse hair but the blow dry was smooth and painless. Tori was so friendly, kind, and so eager to help me with my questions and assisted me with choosing the right shade of silver for my hair.
