"These guys will ruin your hair, avoid at all costs!! I don't remember but I think the Barber's name was Diane, she didn't even talk to me before using the clipper to ruin my haircut."

"Firstly, the woman cutting my hair looked like she’d rather be ANYWHERE else than at work. Then I HAD hair about half way down my shoulder blades. I was VERY SPECIFIC in telling her I need length to pull my hair back in a clip for work. Maybe now is a good time to mention that they have no station to wash your hair. Don’t wear hairspray—unless you want half your hair ripped out of your head! This “stylist” was ripping my hair out! No joke!! They also don’t have coloring services available (which I THANK GOD FOR—I’m certain they would have effed that up too. When she was cutting I AGAIN reminded her that I need length in the back and layers cut in in the front. She blow dried my hair, flat against my head like it was pasted. THEN I see the freakin length—it was cut to above my shoulders!!!! I LOOK LIKE A BOY! A silly little page cut—I’m so EMBARRASSED!!!!! This woman could have cared less what I wanted — when I complained and asked her if she felt good allowing me to leave the salon looking like I did—and she shrugged her shoulders and mumbled under her breath. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU WISH TO FEEL ATTRACTIVE IN ANY WAY!!!! THEY DONT CARE!! I wish I didn’t even have to give it one star."

"First time there yesterday. Worst haircut ever!!! Stylist ignored my instructions and really destroyed my hair and I feel it is not fixable. Asked for shorter in back longer sides tapering up to my crown wispy bangs and the crown short enough to either spike or curl. She flat out refused and I walked out with a very unflattering cut. Same style I have had for years which works for my hair texture and face shape. I would like a complete refund and a complimentary redo with a stylist who didn't get her license from a bubblegum machine"
