"Everytime we come here we're disappointed. The staff is miserable and the order is always incorrect and done extremely poorly. Every other taco bell is soooo much better. Unfortunately this is the closest location. Save your money and bad experience."

"Awful. Disgusting. Waste of money. I have been to a few Taco Bells and this is one of the worse. Ordered drive through with my brother. One of of orders wasnt made, which we caught at the window, so told them there to receive attitude with one of the young dudes. My Crunchwrap was one of the saddest crunchwraps I ever had. It was mainly just quesadilla bread and lettuce. Same with my bro. To the point it was honestly just a waste of money ordering them. Our burritos were okayish quantity wise, better than the crunch wraps which isn't saying much but were slightly falling apart because of how they were thrown together. But the worst part was the after taste. Everything had the same awful after taste. Both of us having a culinary background it brings in the question the cleanliness of the equipment, has everything we ordered had it. To the point we just threw everything out and got the same order at the White Horsepike & South Broad Taco Bell instead, which was completely night and day as everything was and still is better there. Don't spend your money here, seriously. You're better off going to the Taco Bell on Whitehorse Pike or cooking at home"

"Literally the worst taco bell ever. After being served poorly prepared food once, i asked them specifically to make sure the Supreme items are prepared with correct amount of ingredients. They assured me it will be done properly, but the order was worse than the first one. The crunch wrap supreme was just a tortilla with sour cream and a couple of tomato pieces added with a little bit of beans spread. It was less than 1/4th the size advertised. Terrible food preparation. I would recommend driving a little further to a different location."

"Order came hour late. Wrong order was sent with driver. Store would not anwser phone. Reordered and was gifted a dirty glove with our food. I plan to file complaint with BBB and dispute charges with my card since there was no way of communication to resolve. Eta was also bushed back over a hour food was inedible."

"Worst Taco Bell ever. Food took forever to get and was awful. A pic of my pathetic crunchwrap is attached (this is exactly how i got it). It tasted as bad as it looked. It's always awful at this location and I'm generally a Taco Bell fan."
