"What a great experience! We noticed a little water leakage on the ceiling, so I went up into the attic to look around. I noticed where the leak was coming from, then began my search for who to fix this. I remembered a neighbor posting about their experience with Happy Home Roofing, so I gave them a call late one afternoon. Kim called me the next morning, she was very pleasant and we setup an appointment to have Bill come out 2 days later. Bill texted me the morning of our scheduled appointment to let me know he was on the way and an ETA. He arrived on time and was very professional and polite. After explaining the issue and where, he set off to investigate. Shortly after this, he came back to report his findings and offered immediate solutions and costs, which were way less than I anticipated. I gave the ok to fix the issues he identified and he got to work quickly. He explained what he did and showed me pictures of the trouble spots, and his corrective actions. Overall, we're very pleased with the quality of work Bill provided us. We will be using Happy Home Roofing exclusively for anything roofing related. "I was referred to Happy Home Roofing by a firm that was dealing with a mold issue that spiraled into so much more. We originally spoke with someone who wanted to wait until spring “when things warmed up,” and that long of a wait wasn't going to work for me. Bill showed up and quickly assessed what needed to be done. He took the time to explain everything to someone (me) who doesn’t know the first thing about roofing and chimneys, and the steps needed to make it so the water stayed on the outside of the house. After some very quick back and forth with the office (thanks Kim!), we were scheduled and ready to go. However, the weather had other plans. Given that Bill was working with mortar and doing some chimney work as well, the forty degree weather didn’t make it the best of days. But the next day, Bill was up there. What surprised me was when I heard a truck pulling into the driveway on Saturday. Bill was back to finish the job and wrap everything up. Thanks for the great work and finishing up so quickly.
