"I've always heard that.. If you wish to keep your jeans looking like new, to dry clean versus washing machine. So, I searched and made the decision to try this place out based on the 4.9 out of 5 star rating they've received via Google.. And I have to admit that I did not receive the level of service I expected to, per their rating. I dropped off two pairs of Black denim jeans (that had never been laundered) out of an interest in keeping them from becoming faded. After receiving them back a whole week later.. Not only are they faded.. But they were given back to me with animal hair on them, which (as far as I am concerned) equals not clean. For the record, I do not own or keep pets of any sort. Not even a goldfish. At $12.11 per pair (especially because of the animal hair).. I can't help but to feel like I could have gotten better results if I had just washed them myself. Not to suggest that this is not a “good” business or service.. But just giving an honest account of my experience there. On a positive note, the employees that I encountered there were very polite during my interactions with them.. For whatever that may be worth. Take from my commentary & photos, what you will. They also cleaned my wife’s wedding dress and preserved it in a box with her initials on it. What a beautiful touch! I will be a long time customer. "I called them up after going to 2 other Dry Cleaners who couldn't get my clothes cleaned by the next day. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fair pricing. Had my suits back to me by 3 pm the following the day. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new dry cleaner or is in a pinch."
