"Chem Dry of Ellicott City cleaned my basement, second floor and steps. Dillon did a great job on the carpets. He kept us in the loop as to what was happening and worked hard on pet urine and heavily soiled areas. The price was fair and everything went well. They also cleaned a small wool area rug. I wanted to see how it turned out before proceeding with my other wool rugs. I was happy with the results and am moving forward with the rest of the wool rugs.
