"Horrible experience. Lied about time at the house. Sent doorbell video and still claim what they charged was valid. Missed key areas i specifically asked to be addressed. Spent $600 and still have to have someone else come out and actually do the job right. So offer to actually right the situation. Very disappointed and have told everyone I know not to use this company. They are a scam. UPDATE to their response. The ring camera did not support the times they made the time later then in was in order to scam some more money out of us."
