"I contacted my local HVAC provider (Blue Dot) to inquire about air duct cleaning and was transferred to their preferred provider, Ductz. Let me start off by saying the air duct cleaning process itself was good. The two-man crew arrived when they we're supposed to and spent a good four plus hours cleaning all my air ducts. I was very happy with the work and can definitely tell the difference in my air quality. The reason I took away a few stars on this review is more related to the before and after processing of this job. First off, they fully charged my credit card as soon as they job was booked, not a deposit, the full $700+ cost. This was despite the fact that the earliest they could come out was 3 1/2 weeks later. After the job was complete, I expected to receive a report as indicated on their web site "After your system has been thoroughly cleaned we will provide you with a picture report showing your system components before and after the cleaning process. This report is excellent to keep with your records..." Not only did i not receive any type of report I also didn't even receive a receipt from the company indicating the job was done. The only thing I got was a very quick credit card charge. The quality of the work was good but the before and follow up leave a lot to be desired."
