"A couple of the employees in this place always give you courteous service. The others take after the character of some of the management here that clearly don't believe courtesy and efficiency are part of the job. I hope that the corporation will halt the decline here. I'll go to the Rt.38 store until things get better."

"Horrible, horrible service. Asked about the sizes of the milk shakes and the operator/associate continued to reply "regular size" not answering the question; not being specific. Inside the young "manager" attempted to tell me what the other associate was intending and thinking. Not so smart. I left and drove to Mt. Laurel to the McDonald's with professional employees and professional service. The Mt. Laurel McDonalds IS NOT owned by "Nick Fenerty". Poor customer service, poor, poor, just plain poor service!"

"Food was cold after I asked specifically for it to be fresh. I don't know about others but my Chicken Nuggets have to be fresh or I won't eat them because they are dry and nasty. My nuggets weren't fresh at all, not even hot! The fries were all the tiny fries like the bottom of the bag ones, too salty and not fresh either! Needless to say I will never go to that McDonald's again and I go there maybe 5 times a year so the times I do I want my food hot and fresh for a 12.00 meal."

"Stopped in for a bathroom break and a quick lunch and found an unconscious woman on the bathroom floor. Due to the bathroom being empty as well as the store she was lucky I showed up and reacted quickly. Within minutes she was wheeled out by paramedics and was alive. The bathroom looked very clean so she would have been unnoticed for a while if I hadn't came in. The workers helped with supplying gloves and however they could. Got my fresh hot lunch and was on my way. I pray for that woman and hope she gets well."

"Dining in customer service experience is not the best. I’m disabled and I ordered from the kiosk to have food delivered to the table. I asked the staff if they could bring the food the table. What happened after was awful. Instead I was told to come get the food. And yelled at by a customer. I wouldn’t have asked if I wasn’t hurting. Every other McDonalds have been kind. I felt bullied and unsafe. If staff is busy just say so. Or put a sign that your not delivering to a tables on the kiosk."
