"The food was amazing. The staff was amazing. I mean it's was the best last minute decision ever! I got the breakfast burrito with bacon and sausage and man was I full. My boyfriend got the chocolate chocolate chip pancakes and he loved them. We both also had chocolate milk and for some that's lactose intolerant like myself it was forth it. 10/10 would recommend."

"Haven’t been to an IHOP in a very long time and quickly remembered why on this visit. My server was super sweet and my food was served quickly, but it was not very good. The restaurant was quiet and clean, but at the end of the day, the quality of the food was not worth the cost."

When I pointed it out, they attempted to downplay the situation, attributing the issue to potential contamination from the sauce manufacturer. They applied a 20% discount ($5.08) and comped the original dish, which made no sense to me. Compensating for an inedible dish doesn't suffice, especially given the subsequent illness I experienced, prompting me to reach out to IHOP support. Upon communicating with the management, their sole suggestion was a gift certificate for the same franchise, with no consideration for alternative options. Why would I dine somewhere I perceive as unhygienic? Adding to the frustration, my case was closed by someone higher up than the managers, overlooking my inquiry about other possibilities. My visit pointed out cleanliness issues and a lack of professionalism. I hope this review helps others decide whether to eat here – whether it pushes the restaurant to step up is not my concern, especially with all their one-star reviews, I doubt they will change."
