"Disappointed in how this business handled a refund request. I received a sandwich that was falling apart and soggy, practically inedible. I called and requested a refund but was denied due to their policy of "refunds only being issued upon the return of the product." I explained that I am no longer in the area and I am unable to return the sandwich. The owner offered a credit but due to the poor quality of the sandwich (which was over $8) & the lack of customer accommodation, I informed her that I will not be back. I have been a customer here for a long time, never receiving a sub-par product before. Its a shame that certain businesses no longer practice good faith."

Their bagels are baked fresh and they always have an awesome variety of flavors. I love their in house made spreads. Due to the popularity of this location, it experiences very high volume. I would highly recommend placing your order online for an easy and seamless experience. The staff is always very friendly and willing to assist with whatever you need.
