"I'm glad I have a this Wendy's near me. I always do mobile orders and have never had a bad experience coming here. They were quick and courteous and now I'm noshing on a ton of food."

"Horrible toxic atmosphere! Entire store need an internal makeover! Pay more and hire experienced professionals who love customer service and actually care about proper food service! I am never returning! I feel sorry for this one friendly guy, always taking orders through the drive thru window at night! He is nice and efficient, the remainder of the staff ESPECIALLY the supervisors and managers are a bunch of degenerates!! Tonight my son was ignored while standing in line, waiting for a pick up order he placed through the Wendy app… someone looked up and serviced him, after he waited almost 8 minutes. When we got home, he pull his food out the bag to find both large fries ordered the container was practically empty!!! The food is mediocre… the customer service is trash.. I hate Wendy’s in general because of this establishment on Street Road!!!"

"They got my order wrong because the cashier wasn't listening when I was talking to him. They had to reimburse me for something that I didn't ask for. Also I ordered a chicken ranch wrap. They didn't put enough ranch dressing on it and I returned it to the cashier (a female) who had an attitude with me. I told her that the chicken in the wrap tasted like it's going bad. It was stale. I told her that they are selling bad food to customers. She literally threw my reimbursed money at me. I hope the supervisor sees my review."

"So I ordered the $5 biggy bag. It's not what I received. I got a 10 piece chicken nuggets and a half a box of fries. The only thing right on my order was a sm coke with no ice. Please have your employees double check the orders before going out the door."
