"I would not use them again. They claimed to perform services they did not. When I confronted the tech he called his boss to back him up and he told his boss he was in a hostile environment. I was lied to then the tech handed my check back. I wanted to call his boss to find out what was going on and to clear up what a gutter and downspout cleaning entailed. I have some large trees that clog up both the gutters and downspouts. I was not able to contact the owner because the tech had us on speaker phone. His boss backed him up. I guess they think older women do not deserve respect or honesty. I paid over the phone after being accused of refusing not to pay. Tech played a real game. We found debris still in our gutters near visible corners. They left a mess too. I read the response from the owner. Btw he failed to acknowledge my estimate which included gutter flushing that their company did not perform but I was told that they did this service. It was a real nightmare for me. I didn't appreciate the comment that you can't please everyone."
