"Never place an order online for delivery. My chicken was old and cooked twice. I have had this experience twice I even called the store after I placed the order online and asked them not to double cook my wings and I still got the same thing. Dawn was supposed to refund my money and never did. The service is terrible and the employees are unprofessional. Terrible location!!!"

"Ordered 30 wings in 3 different sauces, received 9 wings in each container. This was not a mistake, definitely done intentionally. I contacted customer service and still no response 2 weeks later. The food was so salty, we could hardly finish it. Garbage food, and worse service."

"Ordered at 5:12pm, was told 5:30pm pickup. Didn’t get my order until 6:24pm. Multiple orders placed while i was waiting were completed before mine. Was told “they’re working on it” multiple times while i heard an expo person tell the cooks “you guys need to stop skipping orders” we ordered a 30 boneless meal promo that they advertise so nothing crazy. Another person was there before me by 10 minutes and got his food a split second before me. Eating the food as I’m writing this and the wings are over crispy and honestly probably old as they probably wanted me to leave.i love crispy chicken but i legit needed a metal fork as the plastic one given broke. Never again"

"I worked 10 hours. All I want is wingstop. All I want is Wingstop. Drive... Haha. Watch the video. First time at this new Wingstop and we weren't disappointed. We had the dry rub wings, they were very crispy and tender on the inside. Cooked perfectly. The inside was nice with plenty of tables to eat there. I recommend checking it out if you like wings and chicken sandwiches. Fries were delicious as well. I definitely will be back to try other items on the menu. "Food was excellent as expected for a Wingstop but I noticed the staff was what stood out most. Someone must have heard me tell my husband the fries were cold (we would have gladly eaten then and not said a word) but they casually brought a fresh batch out (in the midst of a lunch rush, no less). I also saw them offer another client a free drink while she was waiting on her food. Top notch service that you don’t get often anymore!"
