"Want to share little inspiration hope that can instill spirit in your employees I was at the location today drive through made the order was a little busy and little wait time understood that’s no issue but what was really interesting the lady at the window handed me the food no smile , no thank you no words came out of her mouth at all it seems she hates her work just want to share my struggle story hope that helps to bring some smile on your employees face . I went to college lived in a small shabby apartment pumped gas to make ends meet but did not give up I always had a smile on my face and thanked God for giving me an opportunity to do something in life making that difference for my self and others I even worked two jobs I also worked in fast food stayed up late night to study , do my assignments and still keep good grades I had a 3.8 GPA. I completed my college successfully hard work paid off I was always happy to be at work for my dedication and sincerity all the hard work paid off . I don’t have to live in a shabby apartment I own my own home I am a successful banker and all those years of struggle was really with it . Hope this can provide some sort of inspiration to your staff so they can serve people better with a smile ."

"It's hit or miss. This location is convenient for me. There was a gentleman outside waiting at the roundabout asking for money. He scared me and my child. The area is ok for the most part. Some times the Mobile app is not working and it turns away customers like me who try to stretch those bills."

"I love this McDonald's. It's my McDonald's and I get my order. The McDoubles are very good. The only issue is how long you have to wait for your order if you're in a hurry. Not fun at at and adds up too much time."

"This McDonald's habitual gets your order wrong. Asked for a double cheeseburger got home and it was a single cheeseburger. Went back and he proceeded to add a hamburger patty to the sandwiches I brought back. Customers service is horrible and it shows in there food. Not getting my money anymore."

"No real interaction with customers. I'm use to being greeted as I walk in. A friendly hello, good morning, etc. There is feels like they rush you out the door. I haven't been to McDonald's in years and I sure see the difference. Y"
