"I took 2 rugs and rug pads in for cleaning was charged 848$ and they were never cleaned . Rugs still had stains and could smell the dog urine from 10 feet away . I do not recommend this place at least not for rug cleaning. It’s almost like since they couldn’t put it in a washer they did not try . I can’t put these rugs back in my house . And they promised they would be clean . What a total ripoff"
"I brought in two tablecloths and three table runners to have cleaned and pressed. The girl at the desk wasn’t sure about the table runners. She asked me how large they were and I told her about 18” x 6’ so I was charged for three small tablecloths which sounds excessive, and two extra large tablecloths. I would’ve gladly paid the $81 without hesitation, had they actually been cleaned. The table runners were fine because they weren’t dirty to begin with and they appeared to have been pressed. The first tablecloth I had washed at Thanksgiving and stored in the laundry room, so it needed to be cleaned because it was wrinkled and was starting to smell musty. That tablecloth was folded exactly the way it was when I dropped it off and hung over a hanger, but was wrinkled and still smelled musty like the basement laundry room. The second tablecloth appeared to have been pressed, but still had food stains on it which I was able to pick off with my fingernail. So it was apparently not cleaned, but just pressed. Will definitely not be going back."
"Great service. The lady at the counter was very pleasant to talk to and explained things in very easy and in an understandable way. Mis Kathy thank you for the uplifting vibes you let off you changed my mood for the better. Also it was my first time using whisler’s Dry Cleaning and I will never go anywhere else."
"I took in my winter coat to be cleaned and buttons fixed. The old lady at the front was the nastiest person I've ever met. Rude doesn't even begin. The disrespect she had to customers and not just me was eye opening. myself and another customer just looked at each other like wow. I will never return and I tell everyone now to not go there. Not only that they didn't even fix the buttons I asked them too. But yet they charged me 27 dollars. I know this, because the buttons are exactly the same way i brought it in. If I could cancel the charge to my card for this business I would. I won't return and I suggest the same for anyone looking for dry cleaning. There are better, friendlier and nicer places than this dump."
"Whoever the old woman is upfront is one of the rudest and nastiest people I have ever met. I don’t care if you’re busy or what have you. If you’re dealing with a customer, you should treat them nicely. Right off the bat, this woman had an attitude. No good morning, how are you, just a stale can I help you. Then proceeds to ask if I was the rush order that called in and told her no and she was like well I don’t know I’ve had so many phone calls today. Proceeds with “name” and i went to go tell her I was dropping off for someone else and she just lets out the biggest huff. I asked if there was a problem and that I have never been treated like this before. She just said you know what ma’am you have a nice day. So I didn’t even drop the suit off. AWFUL customer service. May want to get someone new out front"
