"As a neighbor recommended Perfectly Maid, I was hoping I'd found a cleaning service I could depend on. When the initial 'walk-through' was done, they calculated it would take two people four hours to do an initial 'deep clean' for the entire first floor (kitchen, hallway, great room, living room, dining room, master bedroom and bath), with an estimate of $446.50. Unfortunately, the result of their 'deep clean' proved to be totally unacceptable. The only rooms I requested to be cleaned at that time was the kitchen, hallway, great room and master bathroom and was billed $446.50. Amazing coincidence.. Two workers for just those few areas, but I realized they'd managed to drag their time out to reflect 4 hours. I also found little work had really been done in the 'deep clean' shortly afterwards. Friends were coming over, I decided to 'tidy up, quickly dust the hardwood floors, including under the couch in the great room where I swept out some AA batteries dropped months before when putting some Christmas decorations together. It was also obvious the cushions hadn't been vacuumed and when I called to tell them about the batteries, etc. I was told they 'didn't dust under furniture nor did they vacuum cushions esp. underneath. And this was a 'deep clean'?! The owner called me back and said she'd refund me $10 for the floor not being dusted under the couch but this was an insult. So I cannot recommend Perfectly Maid and would give minus stars if I could. They are terrible and obviously have a plan in place for how much to bill when they do the 'walkthrough'."

"These girls rock. Our crew is so professional, hard working, and conscientious. Of course the house always looks and feels amazing after they are done. But on top of that, anytime I mention an area that might need a little extra attention they always ask questions and come up with a game plan to take care of it. It might be something as silly as a corner with extra tumbleweeds of dog fur or a spot where I spilled something in the kitchen. They always make me feel like my silly little concern is a priority to them, and then of course they always follow through. And lastly, they're just good people. Perfectly Maid Tuesdays are some of my favorite days to walk into the house after work!"
