"It was a great experience all together. We had an appointment at 2:30pm was taken not that much before 2:30pm but t it was ok. Ally was very sweet and was talking to me while washing my hair and helping me translate to Natalie what I wanted. Natalie my hair dresser that was styling my hair after I showed her a pic understood what I made up her mind if a rubber band or a clip was better. Dana and Natalie made up the mind that the clip was better since they didn’t want my hair to get pulled out later that day. Natalie even helped my brother look good for the party too. Sophia did a great job on my dad. It didn’t end there when we want up to pay Dana asked my dad what Frank charged him and charged him the same price as Frank would at his house. It was my 2nd time there and my dad and brothers 1st time. They squeezed us in last minute that day as well and was so sweet and had an appointment for us."
