Ruby Tuesday

"Used to love this place so I just stopped in because it had been about 2 years since I was there. 3 strikes and I left 1. Hostess a ditz-tells me there’s a 15 min wait. No problem. I ask ‘’may we sit at bar and get a drink while we wait? She says ‘um I guess so’ very hesitantly like she wasn’t sure of herself. She was rude about it too like she could care less what we did. And there’s literally like 5 tables in the entire establishment occupied anyways . Why there’s a wait beyond me …maybe short staffed possibly? But host was a total rude space cadet 2. Wait at the bar no one is there . No patrons and no bartender . 10 mins we sit at bar and no customers and no bartender -yet plenty of staff c us sitting and just ignore us 3. Then I see a patron ask a waitress about his takeout order and I saw her legit put her hand up like ‘stop’ in his face and she said we are busy give me a few minutes.’ That did it for me I was like there’s no way the food is even gonna be good here so we LEFT I get that they may be short handed but the host was a RUDE ditz, there was no bartender and the waitress was A BIT*^ . That did it for me so we walked out . Unprofessional ruby Tuesday ! Be more on point on who u hire . Don’t just hire anyone"

"I was looking for a spot to take my 3 girls for a bite to eat. First time trying RT here. They’re simple eaters and we stuck to the basics. Well, it was great! They loved the kids chicken fingers and fries. One had the kids cheeseburger and loved it. The drink selection was great for them, cheap and free refills. I just had an app and a cocktail, both great. It was a bargain! Our server Sam was lovely. PJ’s is our usual spot for this kind of quick/casual and we all felt it was so much better! It was very clean too."

"The food was good here. I would come back. The salad bar is really what we go for, it's the best salad bar anywhere . They have EVERYTHING. It's always filled with fresh ingredients. Only one thing I had an issue with is the attentiveness of our server. There was no one else in there but 3 other sets of 2 customers. We were there for an hour and only saw him 3 times. Other than that it is always a good time at Ruby Tuesday."

"I didn’t have very high expectations dining at a chain restaurant but was pretty let down regardless. I’m giving you 4 stars because as a restaurant owner I hate getting bad reviews and don’t want to destroy your average. I will however give you an honest assessment of my meal. So let’s talk about my dinner. Our server was nice but service was on the slow side. Wasn’t very busy. Took a while for everything to come out from our drinks to the food. I got a combo with ribs, chicken and shrimp for like $26. Chicken was decent, run of the mill tenders. The shrimp were very small, I think like 31-40’s after the breading. They were just lackluster. I know corporate decides all these things but I’d rather have 4 nice sized shrimp than 8 tiny ones. Food cost would be similar. Let’s talk about the ribs. Basically inedible. If I had to guess, I’d say they were leftovers from the day before and had sat in the fridge or in a warming box uncovered for a very long time. You can see from the photos that they are beyond dead. It takes quite a while for meat to get that dry and grey. Couple pieces between the bones had a little moisture, but overall they were not good. My wife got chicken tacodillas. They looked ok when they came out, then we flipped them over and they were just destroyed on the other side. Nice of the cook to just put the burnt side down instead of taking 2 minutes to refire. My wife isn’t super picky and ate them anyway. Said they tasted alright. My kids got some burgers and chicken and were ok with what they got. Overall it was just a disappointing experience."
