"My regular stylist recently quit the biz so I went looking for someone new as I was in need of a bang trim. Made an appointment at Plume and will not be going back. When I arrived I was a few minutes early so when I was told to wait I didn’t mind. Cut to almost 20 minutes after my appointment time when the stylist said, “Amber, just bangs right?” No apologies for the wait. She then proceeded to be very rushed, not really bothering to ask about my hair or how I wear it, just length? She cut them in a rush and that was that. I wasn’t really happy with it but it didn’t seem worth bringing up, I’d just go elsewhere or trim the big stragglers myself. I understand my 10 dollar bang trim isn’t as lucrative or fun as the two people who were having color done, but your poor scheduling isn’t my emergency or problem. Giving two stars though because the space is lovely and online booking is convenient."
